3. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by destination zone and shipping method. The timeframes below are estimates from the date of shipment, not the order date. Processing time (1-3 business days) is additional.

5. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

European Union (Zone 1)

No additional charges: All applicable VAT is included in the product price. No customs duties or import taxes apply for shipments within the EU.

EEA, Switzerland, and United Kingdom (Zones 2-3)

International Shipments (Zones 4-7)

Customer Responsibility: International orders are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Unpaid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) depending on the destination. You are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your country.

Important: Refusal to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned to us. Return shipping costs and any customs fees will be deducted from your refund.

  • APO/FPO/DPO (US Military): We ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Delivery times vary based on military mail routing
